    Video Postcard from Augusta, GA

Augusta is the southernmost end of the Piedmont Escarpment where it crosses the Savanna River. It is also the birthplace of James Brown, who performs “Living In America”. His statue is in a place of prominence on Broad Street, which was part of the original (1926) Route 1.
