    Maple Lane Sugary

Maple Lane Sugary is once again hosting its annual Maple Sunday open house. Every year, Maple Sunday is celebrated across Maine and we are lucky enough to live 5 minutes from this one!

Come for the syrup, stay for the education! It’s fun for all ages as you walk down the maple tree-lined road with maple gathering buckets in the trees. At the end of the short walk, find the sugar shack and watch the evaporation process happening with the fresh sap.  The smell of woodsmoke mingles with the sweet scent of fresh maple syrup will make even the most stoic teen yearn for a taste.

Inside, there are coloring pages for the kids, fresh ice cream with maple syrup topping, and maple products ready to purchase. It’s a wonderful way to spend a Sunday with your family.

    This year’s event (2022) will be Sunday, March 27th 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
