When you come to Key West as often as we do, you sometimes have to try a new restaurant and step away from your favorites now and then.
We found sort of an Italian eclectic restaurant with a Bohemian vibe at Lola’s Bistro.
The restaurant has a European ambiance, small and cozy with a warm atmosphere with big flavors in an intimate setting.
It was “Heaven’s Kitchen” when Gordon Ramsey dropped by to see renowned
Chef Richard prepare everything as the kitchen is in the dining room.
The menu changes daily based on what’s fresh that day. A real treat here is the lobster tempura, along with the chilean sea bass, the pompano, scallops, lamb chops, lobster ravioli and the pecan pie.
The service is spectacular, with everything served with genuine kindness and pride.
