Just across the street from Confederate Park at 1001 North Main Street (Route One) in Jacksonville is a Spanish Mission style restaurant that was documented by John Margolies in 1979 as Jenkins Barbecue. It is still in use today as Hola! Mexican Restaurant. I’m going back for an Enchiladas Supreme some time… You might find your favorite on their menu here: https://www.holajax.com/
