Celebrating National Key Lime Pie Day

Today September 26th is National Key Lime Pie Day.

This is a big day for me for as I have been on a quest for the best. Up and down Route 1 from Key West to Lantana.

Today I chose to return for a slice of key lime pie history. The Old Key Lime House built in 1889 remains the oldest waterfront restaurant in Florida.

5 days a week there is live music.

Tonight’s music is featuring Bradley Brown and the King Tide Rising.

Come and enjoy the fun with a Key Lime Margarita and the setting sun. The food is amazing but remember not to fill up, save room for the famous key lime pie.
