Doggy Fish Camp -Geiger Key Marina Fish Camp

Looking for a laid-back spot for you and your furry friend to meet under the shade of tropical palms and an ocean breeze?

Only in Key West can you find a tiki-style hideaway fish camp with old Florida charm that welcomes your four-legged buddy.

The Geiger Key Marina Fish Camp Restaurant is a rustic slice of paradise, on the waterfront where dogs are celebrated members of the dining experience.

Dogs are the unofficial greeters, as they make the rounds under the tables, as laughter is the music that fills the air.

It’s a place where tails are thumping in happiness,  with a few barks of joy and excitement.

For the locals here,  the servers know your name,  your dog’s name and have a good idea what you’re going to order.

Tropical drinks arrive with tiny umbrellas,  as you sip and savor the essence of island life.

The menu is a love letter to the sea and highlights the local aquatic harvest.

Sort of farm to table, but replace the farm with the sea.

Feasting with Fido at your feet,  there is also a special doggy menu and you’ll probably see dogs hop off boats and watch the iguanas scatter.

You can even clean your catch and let the chef cook it up for you.

As the sun sets, the tiki torches flicker to life casting a warm glow over the eclectic mix of patrons.

Rent a kayak or paddle board to paddle around the mangroves, after a piece of key lime pie.

This doggy fish camp doesn’t just feed the stomach, but nourishes the soul.

It’s really a restaurant, marina, boat dock where you can refuel, and an  RV park with waterfront hookups.

There’s live music Thursday through Sunday,  the restaurant is open Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This place is truly one of a kind and only off Route 1 in the Florida Keys.
