More Than Q – BBQ Restaurant – Princeton, NJ
This is one of the best BBQ restaurants in New Jersey, and it is right on Route 1. They make delicious, smoked meats along with seasonal, southern sides. They use only fresh, seasonal ingredients and select cuts of meat, making delicious Texas-style BBQ, which results in the perfect barbeque experience. All their meats are Texas style wood smoked BBQ, and all done in house, and you can see all the wood that they use.
On my visit to this restaurant, I had the Port Spare Ribs, with the Onion Rings, and used the Kansas City Sweet Belly sauce, and this all was truly amazing. Not only is the food here amazing and unique, but the staff and service is exceptional too!
