Smithereen Farm Store - Pembroke, Maine
Smithereen Farm store offers a wide range of organic and value-added Maine products. They produce much of it themselves; vinegars, teas, jams, seaweed products, They also raise oysters and kelp, and fermented foods, baked goods and much more planned for this beautiful area. Smithereen will be opening a commercial kitchen space and offering classes, workshops, and lectures. They have recently opened an agrarian library featuring over 7000 books about agriculture and living off of the land.
They host campers each year and love volunteers to help (as well as learn!) on this certified organic farm. Visitors are welcome and it’s worth a trip!
