Boston Common is a historic public park in Boston, Massachusetts, and is the oldest public park in the United States. It was purchased from William Blackstone in 1634 by the Puritan Colonists and was ordered that it would not be for private use in 1640. The park has a rich history and has played a significant role in the social and political life of the city.

- The WWI Mine Monument, which was dedicated on October 26, 1921 by the North Sea Mine Force Association. The memorial is a modified Mark VI mine that was deployed by the U.S. Navy in the North Sea during World War 1.
