The Trump Store in Bensalem, PA
This story captures both a business transition and a small reflection of political shifts in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
The Trump Store, located in suburban Philadelphia, is closing after six years in operation. The actual closing date will be announced soon and should be posted on their website at – https://trumpstorepa.com/. Owner Mike Domanico explained that he’s winding down to focus on another venture — selling firearm targets and accessories at gun shows — as part of a semi-retirement move. The store had gained notoriety for its Trump-themed merchandise and served as a gathering point for staunch supporters throughout multiple election cycles.
Despite Trump being barred by the Constitution from seeking another term, the shop continued to sell “Trump 2028” items — a symbolic nod embraced by some of his fans. Longtime supporter Dave Russell, age 81, recalled shopping there since the store opened in 2020, but said he wasn’t surprised by the closure, noting that “you can’t do much more for [Trump] than he’s already gotten.”
The closure also highlights the ongoing political importance of Bucks County, often seen as a swing region. Trump narrowly defeated Kamala Harris there in 2024, helping him reclaim Pennsylvania — a repeat of his 2016 success.
