Walk the Labyrinth at Pottle's Tree Farm in Perry, Maine
Pottle Tree Farm Labyrinth
A labyrinth is used for walking meditation. It is a single winding path from the outer edge circuitously to the center. Labyrinths are used worldwide to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection, and stress reduction. We are blessed to have one at the Pottle Tree Farm in Perry.
We invite men and women to join us at The Pottle Tree Farm, 507 South Meadow Road in Perry, on Saturday, September 24th at noon Rain Date: Sunday, September 25. We will gather at the farm, walk through the fields to the wood and walk the labyrinth. After, we will return to the picnic tables and break bread with a potluck meal and a campfire. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes as the entire event will take place outside. Bring your drum or rattle so we can drum and chant if we wish and have food to share.
All welcome.
