Watching the Sun Sink at the Sunset Pier in Key West
For being an island, it’s not that hard to find a place to watch the sunset in Key West.
You can head to the Southernmost Point buoy and stand around with all the tourists with a drink in your hand, waiting on the sun to drop or you could stroll on down to zero Duval Street and settle at a table out over the water at Sunset Pier.
Believe me this is where you want to be, kick back in your flip-flops, relax, order a frozen drink and watch it all unfold.
The bar at the end of the world, where Duval Street meets the Gulf of America is where good tunes and good times are on the horizon.
As many times as we come to Key West, it’s our favorite sunset spot.
Great service, great bartenders, great drinks, fish tacos are awesome, tuna pokey is super fresh, yummiest conch fritters, shrimp, burgers, sandwiches and salads are all terrific. They also have great prices during Happy hour.
Live entertainment everyday from very talented locals and it’s located behind the Ocean Key Resort.
