This sign combines many of my favorite things; goats, repurposed retail merchandise, a contradiction in terms (“upscale thrift”), with a side-helping of self-deprecation. Add that to the fact that it is in the fun and creative neighborhood of Carytown in RVA, and it is easily my sign of the month!
