Video Postcard from Penobscot Bay

One of the most scenic parts of the Maine coast is along the western shore of Penobscot Bay.  This is where Route 1 went all the way up the Bay to Bangor in 1926.  With the opening of the Waldo Hancock Bridge in 1931, dozens of miles were taken off of the trip between Stockton Springs and Ellsworth.
