Biddeford Maine Railroad Bridge over Route 1

A detail from the bridge that runs directly over Elm Street (US Route 1). The railroad came to Biddeford in 1842. According to Bridgehunter.com, the bridge was constructed in 1929 using a riveted Baltimore through truss.
