Fabulous Roots Music and Peruvian fusion cuisine in Linden, NJ

Ricardo de Raiz and his bandmates put on a wonderful show in a restaurant that wowed me once before.  I was passing through Linden on my way between Maine and PA and decided to stop in for dinner on a Saturday night.  By the time our appetizers arrived, the band had set up and the music began, with Raiz seated at his cajon, accompanied by bass, congas, lead guitar and rhythm guitar.  Everything on the menu at Stancia looks great!  LECHE DE TIGRE, a ceviche appetizer is still my favorite, but I can hardly wait to return and try to find a new favorite.
