Saco Motel sign - old neon

Motor courts like this one were common in the 1940’s, 50’s and 60’s.  They started to die out after the bypass and interstate highways were completed.  The Saco Motor Court is a beautifully restored example of this form.  Nostalgia freaks must love this place!
