Ji Bei Chuan – One of the Best Ramen Noodle Restaurant – Edison, New Jersey
Visited this ramen noodle restaurant on January 31, 2025, and me and my family were truly amazed! Not only was the food and the service exceptional, but the pricing of all their dishes was extraordinary.
This is a place that you really need to visit. The serving bowls for the ramen noodle dishes are huge, and the bowls are extremely heated, which keeps the food warm for a long time. Their appetizers like Edamame, Pork Dumplings, and everything else are great.
They have already gotten over 200 Five-Star reviews in Google, and they totally deserve it.
This great restaurant is right on Route 1 in Edison at the Logan Plaza, and even though it is 36 miles away from us, we will make this trip often, as they are that good!
If you are looking for Ramen Noodles this is a place you cannot miss!!!
