Tallest bridge observatory in the world - The Penobscot Narrows Bridge

The Penobscot Narrows Bridge (PNB) is a stunning example of both art and usefulness. The PNB is the tallest bridge observatory open to the public in the world, offering panoramic views of the Penobscot Bay area.

Visitors take Maine’s fastest elevator up 420′ to the observatory. This family-friendly place even allows dogs! Amazing! If you have the opportunity to visit, be sure to also visit the adjacent Fort Knox. A combination ticket is only $8.00 per person. They even offer grills and picnic tables to enjoy a meal.

This is truly a must-see mini road trip for your family.
