Driving down Route 1 in Melbourne, Florida we came across the Vietnam War Exhibit and Educational Center.
It’s well worth the visit since they have an amazing collection of Vietnam Era artifacts and the admission is free.
The exhibit features a large exhibition of authentic artifacts and memorabilia used during the war.The display includes over a hundred items such as a diverse selection of weapons, uniforms, boots, medical equipment, historical documents, gas masks, minesweepers, C- rations, radios, infantry equipment from the Marines and Army.
Also displays dedicated to PTSD, .Agent Orange, Nasty Class PT Boats, Operation 34 A and the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in Washington DC.
The curators were excellent guides.
