Pork pit to Pulpit!   Fat Bob’s Restaurant at 1708 S. Ridgewood Ave (Route One) Has been repurposed into the Indian River Baptist Church. The distinctive neon-clad porcine mascot shown in this John Margolies photo from 1979 has been stripped away and painted over in white. Does anyone out there have a story to share about eating at Bob’s back in the day?
